TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who These Terms Apply To

Dexigro’s products and services are for businesses only. By signing up, using our website, accessing our software, or working with our team, you’re confirming that you’re a business representative (not a consumer or individual user).

2. Agreement to the Terms

When you use Dexigro—whether you subscribe, click "I Agree," fill out an order form, or otherwise access our services—you’re accepting these Terms and entering into a binding legal agreement with us.

3. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to keep up with changes in our services or the law.

  • If we make major changes, we'll notify registered users by email.

  • You'll have 30 days to review the new terms before they take effect.

  • Continuing to use Dexigro after that means you accept the updated Terms.

4. What Happens If There’s a Dispute

If anything in these Terms conflicts with previous versions or anything you’ve read elsewhere on our site, these Terms will take priority.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

5. Language and Translations

Our official Terms of Service are written in English. We may provide translations for your convenience, but if there’s any confusion or conflict, the English version is the one that counts. Use translations at your own risk—we’re not responsible for misunderstandings due to language.

6. Our Services

We’re always improving and may change or upgrade services from time to time. By continuing to use Dexigro, you’re agreeing to any improvements or new features we roll out.

  • AI-powered tools (like custom GPTs)

  • CRM systems (white-labeled and supported)

  • Virtual assistant services

  • Business coaching and technical support

Dexigro CRM Terms of Service

Company: Dexito Pty Ltd trading as Dexigro (“Dexigro”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Platform: Dexigro CRM powered by HighLevel (“HighLevel”, “GHL”)

1 Purpose of Service

Dexigro CRM provides you access to a business management and automation platform hosted on HighLevel infrastructure. Your account is a dedicated sub-account within our agency instance, configured and supported by Dexigro.

2 Subscription Plans & Billing

Monthly: US $197 (pre-paid, renews every 30 days)

Annual: US $1,997 (pre-paid, renews annually, equivalent to 2 months free)
All plans are billed through Stripe or our secure payment processor. GST/VAT added where applicable.
Invoices and receipts are issued automatically.

3 What’s Included

✅ Access to Dexigro CRM core features (funnels, automations, calendars, pipelines, chat, forms, email & SMS marketing, reporting).
✅ Platform updates provided by HighLevel.
✅ Weekly tech support calls hosted by Dexigro.
❌ Excludes usage-based provider fees (listed below) and any custom service work.

4 Pass-Through Usage & Add-On Costs (No Markup)

5 Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to follow all applicable laws (e.g., Spam Act, TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and HighLevel’s Terms of Service. You must collect and maintain valid consent for all SMS and email communications. Non-compliance may result in temporary suspension.

6 Data Ownership & Privacy

You own your data within your Dexigro CRM sub-account. HighLevel and its sub-processors (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun) handle transmission and delivery. Dexigro does not sell or share your data. HIPAA is available only with the HIPAA add-on.

7 Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel any time before the next renewal date. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. There are no prorated refunds unless required by law.

Upon cancellation:

Access to your CRM sub-account and data ends immediately after the paid term.

Export your contacts, funnels, and assets before closing.

Outstanding usage charges (e.g., SMS costs) remain payable.

8 Account Transfers & Data Export

If you move to another HighLevel provider, Dexigro will approve a sub-account transfer upon request (no fees except HighLevel’s own). Some assets or integrations may not migrate automatically. Allow reasonable notice to avoid data loss.

9 Price & Policy Changes

We may update terms and pricing to reflect provider changes. Notice of material updates will be sent via email or portal announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10 Disclaimer & Liability Limit

Dexigro CRM is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for third-party carrier filtering, delivery delays, or vendor changes. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription term.

Dexigro Custom GPTs Terms of Use

Effective Date: 26th October 2025

1. Agreement & Scope

By accessing or using any Dexigro Custom GPT (“Service”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Service, including all associated AI models, workflows, virtual assistant integrations, and CRM connections.

2. Service Description

Dexigro provides custom GPT-based tools to assist entrepreneurs with clarity, planning, automation, and launch execution. These tools are designed for support and education purposes — they do not replace professional or human judgment.

3. OpenAI Account & Subscription

You acknowledge that Dexigro does not cover or include the cost of any OpenAI subscription plan, including ChatGPT Plus or Team/Enterprise access.

You are responsible for maintaining your own OpenAI account, API key (if required), and subscription fees.

Your access to Dexigro Custom GPTs depends on your ability to log in via OpenAI’s platform or via any integration point we provide.

Dexigro cannot be held liable for interruptions or limitations caused by your OpenAI account status, billing issues, or service outages.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Avoid uploading or prompting the GPT with sensitive personal, financial, or medical data.

Verify and take full responsibility for how you act on or implement any information provided by the Service.

Not attempt to replicate, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any Dexigro GPT, script, or underlying workflow.

5. Intellectual Property

All Dexigro Custom GPTs, prompts, systems, training data, templates, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Dexito Pty Ltd trading as Dexigro.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these tools for your own business purposes.

You may not copy, share, embed, or sell the GPT or its outputs as a competing product without written permission.

6. Data, Privacy & Integrations

Your interactions with the GPT may be processed by OpenAI and subject to their privacy policies.

Dexigro may capture limited anonymized data for performance, troubleshooting, and improvement purposes.

If you integrate the GPT with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, forms, or automations), you assume responsibility for any data shared through those connections.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Dexigro GPTs provide general business guidance only, not financial, legal, or mental-health advice.

Results may vary depending on your inputs, business stage, and implementation.

To the extent permitted by law, Dexigro is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid to Dexigro in the prior 12-month period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms, or

Your OpenAI access is revoked or limited, or

You misuse the Service or its intellectual property.

Upon termination, your licence to use the GPT immediately ends.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website or inside your Dexigro dashboard. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
